Policy

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • You must be 18 and over to be able to have permanent make up.
  • If you have any type of medical issues, are taking any medication or have recently undergone any surgery, you must make me aware of this before booking your appointment.
  • Permanent makeup is not suitable for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • A NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is required upon booking to secure your appointment. If this is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed.
  • If you need to move your appointment, this MUST be done no less than 72 hours before your appointment date.
  • If an appointment is cancelled last minute, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your booking fee will be lost. If you wish to rebook, a new booking fee will be required.
  • You must not have any permanent makeup treatment within two weeks BEFORE or AFTER your Covid vaccines.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Any injectables, skin treatments, tinting, waxing, facial peels should be carried out no less than 2 weeks before or after the treatment.
  • Avoid the sun/sunbeds for 2 weeks before and 4 weeks after your treatment.
  • It is advisable to wear your normal makeup on the day of your appointment as it will give me a clear indication of your preferences and expectations.
  • Avoid aspirin or ibuprofen before your treatment, as this can increase the risk of bruising and increase bleeding. Do not however, discontinue any medication without prior consent of your doctor.
  • Please do not drink alcohol the night before and avoid caffeine and smoking on the day of your procedure as this can increase bleeding.
  • If you have any of the known Covid symptoms please could you let me know as soon as possible so your appointment can be rearranged.
  • If a consultation form is sent over to you as a link in your confirmation email. Please could you fill this out, in full before your appointment. If you do not receive this, you can fill the consultation form out at your appointment.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • As always, the room is kept sterile to a very high standard.
  • Patch tests are required for all clients. This will be completed at your appointment before your treatment begins. Should you decline a patch test, your treatment will not go ahead. If you have any known allergies and would prefer a patch test sent out to you prior to your appointment, please notify me at the time of booking.
  • A consultation will be completed including the design and drawing of your tattoo. I will not start any treatment until you are happy with your shape.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

  • Your skin may appear slightly red. This will disappear within a few hours.
  • You will be given your aftercare kit and I will go through this with you.

PERFECTION VISIT

  • A perfection visit is required 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. This is included in the price. Opting to not have this may affect your final result.
  • If you do not show up for this appointment, cancel or rearrange without 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your free perfection visit. If you wish to rebook you will be charged at the current top up rate.

PRE-REQUISITS

  • If you have had previous permanent make up done, you MUST make me aware of this before booking. I may not be able to go over the previous work if it is too dark or too deep and therefore this must be checked.
  • All services are non-refundable
  • All booking fees are non-refundable
